Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, online banking Transfer

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: No, we do not offer COD. Payment must be made advance.

Q: Is advance payment required?
A: Yes, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order. And full payment is compulsory before dispatch of Parcel.

Returns and Refunds
Q: Can I return or exchange a gift?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No, all sales are final, and refunds are not available.

Discounts and Delivery
Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes, if your order exceeds Rs. 10,000, you'll receive a 10% discount on delivery charges.

Q: How do you calculate delivery charges?
A: Delivery charges are calculated w.r.t weight of Parcel.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Yes, we will provide specific Tracking Number after dispatch, and it will the responsibility of valued customers to trach their orders.
